Supreme of Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 125g Boursin with chives
- 300ml Double Cream
- 3 tbsp chopped mixed herbs
- Rice
Method
- Put chicken, skin side down in a frying pan and cook for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 10 minutes. Turn again and cook for 5 minutes
- Mix boursin, cream, herbs, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken
- Simmer gently for 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and the chicken is cooked through
- Meanwhile cook the rice
