Honey Chicken

Honey Chicken for 3

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 5 tablespoons of clear Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Wash chicken breasts and cut one into three or four pieces
  • Use a sharp knife to make 2 slashes in each piece of chicken
  • Place the chicken into a casserole dish
  • Make marinade in a jug by mixing all other ingredients together
  • Pour onto chicken and mix together
  • Cover with lid and leave in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Cook at 160C for a total of 1 hour
    • Stir after 30 minutes
    • Stir after 40 minutes and remove lid
    • Stir again after 50 minutes
