Honey Chicken for 3
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 5 tablespoons of clear Honey
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Wash chicken breasts and cut one into three or four pieces
- Use a sharp knife to make 2 slashes in each piece of chicken
- Place the chicken into a casserole dish
- Make marinade in a jug by mixing all other ingredients together
- Pour onto chicken and mix together
- Cover with lid and leave in the fridge for 1 hour
- Cook at 160C for a total of 1 hour
- Stir after 30 minutes
- Stir after 40 minutes and remove lid
- Stir again after 50 minutes
