Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 150g grated mozzarella or tasty cheese
- 8 Tortillas
- Passata
- Spices
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C(160 Fan, gas mark 4)
- Combine passata and hot water
- Heat a little oil in a large frying pan
- Cook the onion for 2 minutes
- Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Add half of the passata, simmer for 3 minutes
- Remove from the heat and stir in half the cheese
- Heat the tortillas for 35 seconds in a microwave
- Place a large spoonful of chicken mixture onto the centre of each tortilla
- Roll and place in a greased ovenproof dish
- Spoon over the remaining passata and cheese
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown
