Chicken skewers for 3
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 500ml natural yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
- 5 teaspoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Wash and cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in a casserole dish
- In a separate mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients together
- Add 3⁄4 of the sauce to the chicken and mix together
- Over casserole dish and put in fridge, ideally for 2 hours
- Transfer the chicken cubes to skewers and cook on the grill
