Chicken Skewers

Chicken skewers for 3

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 500ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
  • 5 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Wash and cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in a casserole dish
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix all other ingredients together
  3. Add 34 of the sauce to the chicken and mix together
  4. Over casserole dish and put in fridge, ideally for 2 hours
  5. Transfer the chicken cubes to skewers and cook on the grill
