Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast per person
- Jar of Korma Sauce (1 per 2 people)
- Sunflower Oil
- Rice
Method
- Wash and dice the chicken breasts
- Warm a small amount of sunflower oil in a large sauce pan
- Add chicken, making sure to drain it well beforehand
- Cook the chicken until no pink is visible
- Using the pan lid, carefully drain the excess oil, add sauce and cook gently
- Keep the pan lid on and regularly stir for 20 minutes
- Cook the rice as it says on the packet
