Chicken Korma

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast per person
  • Jar of Korma Sauce (1 per 2 people)
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Rice

Method

  1. Wash and dice the chicken breasts
  2. Warm a small amount of sunflower oil in a large sauce pan
  3. Add chicken, making sure to drain it well beforehand
  4. Cook the chicken until no pink is visible
  5. Using the pan lid, carefully drain the excess oil, add sauce and cook gently
  6. Keep the pan lid on and regularly stir for 20 minutes
  7. Cook the rice as it says on the packet
